Day 1 / Thursday 26 March: Homeport to Melbourne

Your adventure begins with a flight from your homeport to Melbourne.

On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Melbourne’s vibrant city centre.

The afternoon is at leisure for you to explore more of the city. Take in Melbourne’s renowned café culture by having a coffee at one of the city’s many cafés, enjoy a stroll down Bourke Street Mall or hop onboard the free City Circle heritage tram to see the highlights of the city.

❱ 3 nights: The Savoy Hotel on Little Collins

Day 2 / Friday 27 March: A Day at the Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show (BM)

★ After breakfast, take the tram from your hotel to the historic Royal Exhibition Building to experience the world-famous 2020 Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show.

The smell of freshly cut grass & bursting blooms will scent the Melbourne air once again for the 25th anniversary of the show, held in the exquisite heritage listed Royal Exhibition Building & Carlton Gardens.

★ Begin your day with a delicious morning tea which showcases local suppliers, beautiful food, teas, coffee and sparkling wine.

Retire to an exclusive lounge area among the blooms for refreshment and a touch of luxury.

A talented team of chefs will create a beautifully crafted menu, to be paired with a pot of tea, cup of freshly ground coffee or a glass of sparkling wine as you absorb the beauty of the Royal Exhibition Building, Carlton Gardens and exhibits of the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show.

After your delicious morning tea, you’re invited to see the best landscape & floral talent from Australia & around the world alongside an exquisite array of garden retail products.

This celebration of lifestyle & the great outdoors is sure to inspire you with breathtaking floral displays and spectacular show gardens.

Visitors will also have a chance to experience classes with floral designers as well as peruse the avenues of exhibitors selling everything from bulbs, plants, trinkets & other new items of interest.

★ Your show ticket also includes entry to the Gardens by Twilight, a fun night of delicious drinks from several outlets including popup wine bars, beer garden & Prosecco vans.

Browse the food village and enjoy gourmet eats whilst exploring everything else the Show has to offer with gates open until 9pm.

This exclusive opportunity to see the Show Gardens and Floral Designs in a whole new light and enjoy the ambiance of the beautifully lit Carlton Gardens. All of the daytime Show features will be open, in addition to exclusive Gardens by Twilight content.

After your day at the show, take the tram back to your hotel.

Day 3 / Saturday 28 March: Yarra Valley Wine Region (BL)

★ Your gourmet food & wine tour of the Yarra Valley begins with an exclusive farm gate visit at Yarra Farm Fresh, for a palate-cleansing fruit experience.

Yarra Farm Fresh specialises in bringing the best of the Yarra Valley into their farm gate store. Learn about what’s in season and sample a range of locally grown fruits and hand made products. Discover the very best of the region’s produce and gourmet products all under the one roof!

★ The next stop is De Bortoli Wines, one of the area’s true icons.

Here, you will enjoy a tasting from their extensive range of quality wines.

The amazing produce at the Yarra Valley Dairy will truly melt in your mouth. The cheeses here are truly stunning and will have your taste buds working overtime!

★ Lunch today is at the fabulous Rochford Wines in the Yarra Valley.

Here, you can choose from four different main meals, with a glass of wine & tea/coffee. Take some time to explore the gift shop, or perhaps climb the spiral staircase to enjoy the views from Rochford’s famous lookout tower.

★ After lunch, we make our way to one of Australia’s great wineries and member of the Australian Tourism Hall of Fame, Yering Station.

Home of Victoria’s oldest vineyards, first planted in 1838, the wines here are of exceptional quality and a tasting here is not to be missed.

★ Stop at the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie before returning back to Melbourne.

Here, you will be welcomed with an exclusive chocolate tasting, displays of thousands of premium chocolates and European chocolatiers at work handcrafting their chocolate creations.

Return back to your hotel in Melbourne later in the evening.

Day 4 / Sunday 29 March: Depart Melbourne (B)

Sadly, today marks the end of your holiday. You will be transferred from your hotel to Melbourne Airport in time for your flight home.
